We then offer onsite or remote scoping sessions ranging from £460 – £2400 depending in the complexity and the location of the project. The simple reason is we believe this doesn’t offer either party a fair chance to understand the needs of the business or project, and we believe there is a better way. No. All our work rides on the back of your business already having daily support in place with your system provider. We strongly recommend this because we don’t get involved in application support. Where we can help is with support for implementation or ‘re-implementation’ of your ERP or systems, or where your software has been built by us.
